       Part of a newbuild team,  commercial vessels including 45M Landing Barge, Port of Napier Tractor Tug (Budgets up to $135m). Job description as follows:

  Coordinate vessel Fitout

  Design works including interior furnishings, panel arrangement, HVAC design and electrical systems structures

Part of a team to develop luxury sailing Catamarans (Budgets up to $3m). Job description as follows:

Task planning and scheduling of targets for workers against set project milestones

·          Training workers in required boatbuilding skills and techniques (focused largely on fit out skills, tooling and laminating)

·          Ensuring accurate records are kept of materials and labor for inputs into production planning system.

·          Tracking workers performance.

·          Maintaining build accuracy as set by the design requirements.

·          Supervision of woodshop prefabrications works and build quality.

·          Materials planning and ordering

·          Inspect and provide feedback on appropriate build instructions and documentation  

·          Assist the designers in supplier sourcing and contract administration activities.

·          Assist the designers in developing and specifying production appropriate assembly processes.

for hands on refit of (Period Joinery) interior and  exterior woodworks refit.
